    Sounds like one hell of a company to go work for. One that thinks drivers need to be babysat and constantly monitored and also browses trucker forums probably looking for negative comments by the suckers they've already convinced to sign on.     So in other words, because hypothetically there is no direct means to potentially incriminate someone, they are to be presumed guilty?

    I don't buy that for a minute.

    I defy you to produce ONE court case for us where that malarkey survived muster.
