this whole thread is screwed up ! who knows if anyone posting on here is being honest. So I wouldn't take what is being said on here. to heart!

 

I have nothing to lie about sorry about the typo. He has been there almost 8 months and has brought home a paycheck every bit as good as when he was doing otr he drives one of their dedicated home EVERY weekend and by the house once or twice NICE They are a good company who treat their drivers great.

 

I am always leery about posts like this because they often don't specify what happened and leave the people that are looking for legitimate reviews for a company with more questions than what we came here with. I have been with Carroll Fulmer for a few years and I have never had a problem with anyone or anything there. I can say that they have their ups and downs but overall I am happy with them. miles are always there and I haven't worked for a more understanding company. If you work hard for them, they will work hard for you

 

What is the pay scale at Carroll Fulmer?

 

I am a former employee of Maverick, and I don't have anything bad to say of them. I had worked for Schneider before, so perhaps my view is a little skewed.

 

Not sure what the OTR pays hubby does dedicated only

 

If you didn't know then why did you reply? once again what is the pay scale at Carroll Fulmer.
You "hubby" works for CF, I would think standard compensation to be common knowledge.
Is it so embarrasingly low people are afraid to state it?
Cf themselves does not state anywhere even on their site what the rate is .
Why do you think that is ?

 

They start every driver at 32cpm. Then after your 90 day probation period they will then evaluate your years of experience to determine if you get a raise or not.

 

Carroll Fulmer .32 cpm to start .
Wow I figured it would be low but not that low .
That's absurd and so disrespectful of the sacrifice, we drivers make even the dedicated ones .
I will with out a doubt scratch them off my list as everyone should for that reason alone .
