this place is a joke from what I have been reading.. anyone working for them if this is all true is wasting there time and is being taking advantage of big time.. very low pay to say the least and you have to pay orientation and tolls?? wow.. sorry CF.. but the owner needs to get into a truck and spend most of his life driving away from the family.. then top it off with NO PAY CHECK WORTH A FLIP... get a life Mr CF owner who ever you are.. and start treating your drivers with respect and at least give them a decent living.. just think without the drivers where would CF be?? how about nowhere.. DRIVERS ARE THE BACKBONE OF ALL DRIVING COMPANIES AND NEED TO BE PAYED FOR what they do!!!!

What happened? Did you spend all your money in a CASINO, and now want to whine about the company? Maybe you should have waited around for some ####### GREENHORN to show you how to run hard, and make money?

You are just another EX employee, whining, right? Couldn't cut it? You want your DM to 'care' for you? Maybe you should get a puppy?

    :)

I know 2 people driving for them.

They work 3-4 days a week, and spend the other days at home.

It works great for some folks....

Well your not responsible for the damage. That's what insurance is for. I'll be darned if I would drive for 32 c.p.m. and have $750.00 taken out of my pay for any "possible" damages. I'll just sit home and drink my coffee every morn.

you should tell everyone that you were going as a lease driver because thats what they do you can expect that from other lease companies some require 1000

if you are looking for the perfect job in driving you will never find it you start at the bottom work your way up on each job you drive for these companies move freight if you cant push your self to move their freight then any place you go will be a bad place the name of the game is not how much per mile but how many day out and how hard you push those miles and if you think being and owner opp. is going to get you easy money think twice get a broker lic. and break your own loads dont tell everyone how bad a company is because if you cant push those miles and those loads then you dont need to be in a big truck PS learn how to fix your minor truck and trailer problems so that you dont have down time and you use you time for driving not sitting waiting for someone to change a light that 2 minutes and you are back driving
