In the Tampa area there is a CB repair shop at the TA truckstop which is located just east of Tampa (exit 10 off I-4). I recently had a CB repaired there. The gentleman who runs it was friendly and his service was fast. My CB works great now. The phone number to the TA is 813-262-1560. When you call just ask for the CB shop and you will be given the number because it is a seperate phone number from the truckstop.

Keep in mind in Florida there is no regulation of radio repair shops and the FCC no longer requires a license to repair radios.

SO the only thing you have to go on is what others tell you ....

This is why even though I am in the repair bussness what I don't fix goes to the FACTORY ....

There was one "North Tampa Cb Shop" on Nebraska Ave. I have taken several radios there and gotten good service. It's been awhile though since I've been there.
