Celect o/h kit.

Last summer I replaced the 3 heads and 1 injector. Injector pass thrus and inside head harness.
I didn't know about the liner protrusion then.
My first time.
I've read quite a lot about overhauling since then.
I'm planning to overhaul and would like recommendations on type and brand of kit to buy.
Do I need to replace connecting rods or inspect reuse, same with push rods?
Liners.pistons
,bearings(rods+mains)
I will change the other 5 injectors.
I have replaced all the motor add-ons. Except turbo.
Any recommendation for turbo upgrade.
