SO SNI woul dconsider you an inexp driver and therefore a 3 week orientaition. I am surprised they didnt require a refresher course.

 

Its all good. You'll likely pick it up quicker after the rust comes off and may not need to stay out all that long with a TE in week 2.

 

Runs as a solo truck. But te is on duty all day. There may be another new hire in the truck too, but you will still only operate as a solo. Its as if you are running off his clocks. You will be on paper while he is elog.

 

Does the trainer park at a hotel each night if there are two students on board?

 

Or drops you off at one close. My experience was we students had the room every day but one. Others would have ot chime in. To share theirs. @gentleroger can share with you how he does it with students.

I was on ELog while training. He is logged in as not driving. I was logged in as driving. Unless of course he was driving and I wasn't. But that was 70 miles out of 1500.
