    sorry if this has been discussed before. I couldn't find anything on the search here or on Google.

    I see these 'Clean Energy' fueling stations in a lot of the Flying Js I go to. Only a couple are accually open. Seems like they took a bunch of parking spots, made the CNG filling station and then barricaded it off.

    What's the deal?
