I'd buy a socket set and start taking things apart. Best to follow factory cable routing to avoid pinching cable in door or window.

It's a 03? Trucks long past being New...Get a drill and a 1/2" bit and drill a hole as close to the mirror as possible...run your coax in, then get a tube of silicon and plug the hole up...Problem solved...

Don't want to drill. Run it into the engine compartment and thru the firewall somewhere. You can add additional protection to the exposed part.

There's usually a rubber grommet in the firewall that you can puncture with a knife and slide a cable through
