hey guys, I gotta question for ya.

Recently I found out I have a dirty PSP report, no accidents or tickets or anything though.
Back in May of 2014, I was doing hotshot work for myself, under my own authority with a dually and trailer registered for 26,000.

The GvW was 26,050. I got a ticket for operating a CmV without a cdl. The officer said if you go get your CDL, you'll be all set, no tickets or anything. Well I got my CDL 45 days later, and he gave me a 6 month time frame.

I looked at my PSP because no one would hire me and I couldn't figure out why, then I saw that. I have no idea what to do now. I Have a year with nothing bad since I got it, and nobody will touch me. I'm very worried that this is gonna be it. Any pointers?

Don't they do lots of California runs? Seems like I read somewhere their reefer division runs lots of west coast turns.

    Mudguppy and rabbiporkchop Thank this.

That's all I did. Back when they could run the speed limit without satellite tracking and loose leaf logs it was one of the most enjoyable jobs I ever did.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Unfortunately yes, I quit CRST to go to ATS, and I passed their pre hiring process, but I guess they spelt my name wrong and when I got there they ran it correctly and it came up. No body will touch me

I believe all companies are required to run PSP on drivers they hire. Could be wrong though.
