Well today was my first trip to this place...it'll be my last...i show up at 1050a for noon appt..they get me loaded and out by noon...im thinking this is great..go down and scale out..im 80140lbs...
so,i go back and and have them remove a pallet but also ask them to shift the freight forward because i can set for bridge law..
shipper says they did it...i go back and scale out and im 650lbs over on trl at bridge...i just happened to decide to slide back 2 holes on trl to see if i could get legal weight wise..no wasnt happening...so i go back to shpr and tell them what needs to be done....
So they come,back and,tell me that they moved all the freight forward...ok,i go back and scale...
weight on trl with tandems set at bridge goes up 550lbs...how is it that you move the pallets forward but trl goes up...by then im fuming....
I tell them along with my carrier telling them as well that they have 30min to fix your problem or you can unload the whole trl and we're cancelling...what a bunch of clowns...never again....
