You have a point but I dont see him touching his brakes at all which leads me to believe that he wasnt paying attention. Im normally at the trucker side ( all we have is each other ) but I wont back an idiot.
-
I have to agree with you on that. He never touched his brakes.
fatherofthree Thanks this. -

Looks to me like the black and white ran the light but that's just my humble opinion. Keep in mind no matter how it's cut it's the truck drivers fault...simple law. failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. NO lights were on but that doesn't matter that's how they roll
fatherofthree Thanks this. -
You have some solid points there, I wish we had a better angle but unless that trucker had a dashcam theyll take the black and whites story.
Just based on the no lights and the slight crawl I would guess it was the trucker running the light, as much as I hate to say it no one really won on this one379exhd Thanks this. -
This is ONLY gonna play out ONE WAY--trucks fault----WHY--cause like so many others never understood the Right to Remain silent--doesnt matter what really happened--he said "Couldn't tell what color the light was"
What part of #### don't some of these drivers understand? -
