They talked about erecting a crane. Getting a toe-job and other things.
Told us to keep vibrating until they came!
Oh. And we got lunch catered... So while they are having intercourse over what to do we are all here in the ditch masticating.Last edited: Jul 24, 2015

Cougar will get the job done, but the Vibco Big Bertha hits the hardest.
I've had a Cougar vibrator quit working, and most of the time all it takes to fix it is hit the vibrator it'sself with a hammer, so that's nice to have a good easy fix.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Make sure you mount the vibrator mounting plate to a good piece of channel iron about 2 or 3 feet long to spread out the vibrations I guess is what I was always told, make sure your welds are good and hot, that sucker takes a beating, I've actually got to re-weld part of the bracket on my dad's truck this weekend, but yeah get a good hot weld on there, and doesn't hurt to build a safety chain system too, some recommend them in the instructions some don't, they're all a good idea, Also depending on how your dump truck is set up / plumbed be careful that you don't get it all welded up only to find out when you put your body down it is going to crunch up your valve body, or crossmember, air tanks, etc. That would be a bad deal and you'd feel really dumb.

Vibrators help, but if you haul some of the nasty clay stuff I do, you'll still end up shoveling. And if you have to haul topsoil after a day of paving, yep get friendly with the shovel handle!

I can't hold my bladder as long in a Freightshaker.
Vilhiem Thanks this.
