    I can't figure who the " douche " is. I see a strait truck and a concrete pump, but no semi. So did the pump hit the strait truck? The rear of the pump doesn't look damaged.
    And like you said very predictable, cause those pump operators work incredibly hard, and F/U hours. He's under the local exemption as well, so he might have been up on duty and driving 14 or 16 hours.

    It's been on the news down here all day.. They say it was a "semi" that rear-ended the backed-up traffic. There was one laying on its side.. I've been looking all over to see the company but have not been able to find that yet. I think it was the pump-truck that was one of the rear-ended vehicles but not sure. DPS had the helicopter down here taking arial photos this afternoon. It's still restricted some 8 hours later.

    That truck laying on its side is a strait truck looks like to me.
