Incredible yet so predictable. I know the usual suspects on here will try to somehow justify the reason this douche-bag didn't stop. But after the investigation finds this was "driver error" I hope the Prosecutor throws the book at this guy. Prayers for the deceased.

 

It's been on the news down here all day.. They say it was a "semi" that rear-ended the backed-up traffic. There was one laying on its side.. I've been looking all over to see the company but have not been able to find that yet. I think it was the pump-truck that was one of the rear-ended vehicles but not sure. DPS had the helicopter down here taking arial photos this afternoon. It's still restricted some 8 hours later.
