    Hey guys.

    What is required to make deliveries cross border?

    Say someone is paying me to deliver a car from Canada to the USA, what would be required at the border/traffic stop in the USA?

    Dutchie, the car is not being purchased by a United States resident. Someone who vacations down there has asked me to bring it from my hometown to Florida.

    I just want to know if I will need anything as a carrier at the border.

    There is paperwork you need for the temporary import. Call the port your crossing at for specifics.

    Leave it to the frog to give such rude responses.. The stereotype always lives up to its reputation.

    Calling won't do anything, half the time the person at the other end doesn't know exactly so they just tell you whatever, then you get there to find out you didn't do something minor. I think that's the point of these message boards, to get first hand answers from people who have actually done it,. not have some idiot beak off and give dumb answers.
