Dash lights problem

Hello i have 1996 377 peterbilt, detroit series 60 12.7. The dash ligths come on two weeks ago with the annoying buzzer and the didnt stop blinking until i change the computer, everything working fine for a week but now they come on again but they stay blinkung for a 10 seconds or at least until i release little on the aceleration pedal works fine again until i put gas on it.
