    The recruiter I talked to about Team Max said you get 2 days off for every 17 days out. Which before was 2 days for every 2 weeks out....so drivers now get less hometime.

    US Xpress will be adding 'Speeding Alerts' on the DriverTech soon. If a driver exceeds the maximum speed limit or exceeds the speed limit at a customer then they'll get a notification on the DriverTech and a message will be sent to their FM(Fleet Manager) and Safety so they can discuss the 'behavior' with the driver.

    Wife and I don't speed but hopefully this doesn't turn into an annoyance. :biggrin_25524:

    I got one of those speed alerts about a month ago. Not going to admit to how fast I was going but, yah if you get one youre going too fast.

    US Xpress announced that they will be working on Gate Locations. What it is the company is tasking a team with pulling up customer locations using Google Maps and even calling the customer directly to figure where the truck entrance is then tagging it on the US Xpress mobile app map. That way this will cut down drastically we drivers having issues finding the correct truck entrance. Smart move USX !

    One of the things that I like now is that every 28-30 days we can take the truck to Blue Beacon and tell them we're from USX and automatically get a truck wash. Normally I get it done at Markham when I'm on hometime but did the other day cause the truck was filthy. Before this, we had to call Breakdown and get approval and it was only once every 90 days. I would never do it because getting Breakdown on the phone is a pain in the ###. LOL
