Disconnect the 21 pin mcm connector and measure resistance between pins 19 and 13. Should have 60 ohms. You have two terminating resistors. One in the ACM and one in the CPC. So measuring at the MCM will check the whole backbone. If you have a DT12 trans, You would need to measure your CAN wires there too. What is going on with your truck?

I am having trouble with the ACM connecting, I have followed the wiring schematic and no luck, thought it was possibly the starpoint connector

if you have replaced the acm it must be reprogramed by ddrs or diagnosticlink.
