Yep and they will be gone as fast as they show up. Most of them are driving desks.

As an outsider who knows nothing about them other then seeing they're trucks and always advertising on craigslist it sure looks like it to me.

Good help is hard to find. That's really what it amounts to. The pay is top notch, the benefits are good. Really all it comes down to is people just need to show up and do the job they signed up for. It's really that simple.

Do you drive a desk or a truck?

Let's hear about their top notch pay.

I own my rig thanks. They're starting out at .39 and cap it out at .47 I think. Then they got mileage based incentives that add up to .04 extra. When I drove their truck I made 70k for that year. Then I decided I wanted to own my own so I've been doing that ever since.

Compared to what I see advertised for other companies, they're pay is top notch I should say.

It's OK but by no means top notch. What you see advertised is not what's going on in the real world. There is a reason so many places are advertising.
The good places to work don't need to do much advertising.

Not always, but more often then not, ads are indicative of a turnover issue.

I've spoken to some of there driver's and they seem to be happy. But your right the top notch companies don't advertise let alone on Craigslist. I work for such a company and it took two yrs until they had an opening and I jumped on it. Needless to say I doubled my income to the high $90k. Those jobs are there.
