you must have been slacken off. did you stop at the casino? sleeping at the same time? you can't run teams like that

I never understood the concept of teaming, maybe someone could enlighten me. If your doing 5k miles as a team and split 50/50, same as solo 2500 miles but you have to sleep in a moving truck. I don't see where the financial advantage is teaming.

Husband and wife teams are the only successful team drivers I can think of as all miles are for the couple. Will still make or break a relationship,.. but the only team that makes sense to me.

2 'friends' will always have some sort of conflict. Whether it be home time, pit stops, smoking, one of you slacking, what ever. Eventually the partnership will fail.

    Just my .02.

Company pays .50 to the truck as team. Why? When you can get .50 solo and all miles for your self, plus your own privacy and self respect. Success or failure is up to you.

Biggest laughing stock I saw was CRST, offered .22 to the truck per team. Thats .11 per driver. Seriously? But when you look at the quality of drivers in their orientation class, it makes perfect sense. Either complete noobs with big dreams, or drivers who cant get hired anywhere else. Corporate America at its finest.

With trams, & if you have a good team you can run 6-7k a week. Work your hours so you never have to take a reset. Schneider offer me 55 cpm with harley. Avg team runs 5,500 miles weekly making about 75k a year i know some teams that work more & do go home on there weekends making 90k. I talk to a dot driver the other days that said he make 90k home 3 nights a week as a sole. Just gotta look hard. Usually the better companies are the ones who aren't advertising as much or ever. Look at ODFL. They pay 68cpm for teams some of there teams are making 200k per driver.
