Door override for reefer

    Hey guys, quick questions.

    We keep getting primes in at my current company where the door sensor is glitched and thinks the doors are open when they're closed.

    How do you override these sensors? I know in past it was something with fuel hog and changing from there but I can't find it.

    Trailer is a 14xxxx series.

    The older ones are the 14 and below. 15 and above are the newer ones. Also, send a msg to RA and they can do it via the satellite for the 15 and above.

    Just an update on this (dealing with it in California on a frozen load). The video no longer works, or at least it doesn't on my current unit.
