Down to TMC or Maverick...

What's the matter driver you fleet manager not doing it for ya? Keeping your $110k tractor clean is nitpicking? Properly securing your load is nitpicking? Running legal is nitpicking?

From the tone of your post I know why you're still driving a 973k mile dinosaur and I'm in a 30k mile 579.

 

I worked for tmc for 23 days it was biggest joke and the hardest I have ever worked Trucking Marine Corp.=TMC if you enjoy working 14 hrs a day and bring home 500.00 a week then go for it.I have bought my own and leased on with Landstar been there 3 years and love it.

 

I was there 26 months quit in September and went to MERCER. I got tired of the run around. Now that I have been there for 3 months and my take home is about 2 1/2 times at TMC. I tarp about 3 loads a month. I am a lot happier. Don't get me wrong TMC is an excellent TRAINING company, but for me it was time to move on.
