Driver Wanted - Chicago - Intermodal

Looking for a full time local/regional driver to run primarily intermodal (Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio). My truck is a 2009 Freightliner Columbia Daycab 14L DD with a 10 speed and under 300k. Truck is leased on with Redbird Carriers out of Chicago and parked on their lot off of Pulaski and 55. Loads will be from HUB Group, Pacer, Alliance, Knichel, Werner and many more. Pay is 40% of the linehaul on the first 5 days and 55% for the 6th day. 100% of detention is paid to the driver and paid on a W2. Very flexible with hours and will be given a fuel card. Currently on paper logs but they are switching to Elogs soon. With how slow the industry has been this winter/spring, the average weekly gross pay will be around $900 – 1200 but if it starts to pick up in the summer then it could be back to the $1500 – 2000 range like in 2015. All tolls, fuel, scales and maintenance are covered. Paid by direct deposit every Friday. Possibly able to negotiate parking spot other than Pulaski/55 depending on your location. Plenty of freight to keep busy all week.
