    I've had two different O/O, and one other guy tell me if your an O/O, e-log is pushed out until 2019?

    If you already use an AOBR that will be non-compliant with the ELD standards you have an additional two years to comply.

    As required by MAP -21, § 395.8(a)(1) directs a motor carrier operating CMVs to
    install and require each of its drivers to use an ELD to record the driver’s duty status no
    later than [DATE TWO YEARS AFTER THE PUBLICATION DATE OF THE FINAL RULE].
    Drivers and motor carriers currently using § 395.15-compliant Automatic
    Onboard Recorders (AOBRDs), however, are allowed to continue to use AOBRDs for an
    additional 2 years after that date.

    Hopefully our new transportation secretary will help us with that.
    I signed a petition to approach congress & DOT with said issues.
    100,000 names were required. I was 69,835.
