E LOGS

Has anyone ever seen an E-Log magically change duty status all by itself, from off duty to sleeper birth?

This has nothing to do with driving to on duty & vice versa.

I go into work and I notice the QC is on in the tractor I'd been using. Usually its off. I get it, fire it up, and notice I'm currently in sleeper birth.
The problem is that now that I'm Daycab Dave, I have no sleeper birth. The other problem is that it was for 48 minutes. Had I logged into SB by mistake when I left it would have been like 11 hours in SB, not 10 hours 12 minutes OD, 48 minutes SB.

I think some SNEAKY BASTAGE is fooling with me.
I myself don't fool with peoples equipment.

Opinions please.

I would bet my coat, my hat, and my house cat that one of the other drivers did it.
Yes tractor was locked, but there are keys floating around everywhere, you can get copy at Home Depot for $1.70.
Did just what you said, made sure I logged out now. Since I'm the Eff Enn Gee I have no assigned tractor, I'm just like fly sh**, I wind up in all of them.
