Well they did have a lot fees which were listed on the contract we signed, at least mine were. With the rates being the way they are, you almost have to have a paid for truck to make it.
Now there are several companies trying to copy what Eagle did, and more than likely they will get the same result, first there will be a mass influx of drivers, then several months later, they will have a mass return of trucks, many they will have to go get from the driver at his or her home.

 

has any one been contacted by lawyers supposedly they are trying to get a class action lawsuit against them. Don't know how true it is Tamara Brock claimed to have been contacted about it...just wondering

Bur, I must say that Celadon would bring me back, if I asked. I'm running on an UPS Freight team, at the moment and pressure is ... Well, there ain't none!

 

Sooooooooo, I'm thinking Celadon is blaming us when they say," we focused to much on the O/O".

I'm thinking that when it's all said and done, they're really going to wish they hadn't been so greedy and arrogant..........

Or, they'll stay in denial and continue to blame us.

Surprised this thread is still going, I remember the heyday when everybody was on here back in 2014 and 2015.

 

It was a good idea, just was run by lier's and crooks

 

Too bad really, a lot of good drivers got burned on the deal.

 

And carried out by drivers who didn't know a nickle from a dime.
