Hello, I'm not too familiar with the Eaton smart shift auto 10 speed transmissions, but how do you set the truck to start in second gear instead of first gear? The truck starts in first gear, but it holds the rpm around 2200 for several seconds before it shifts into second gear. Is there anyway to stop it from holding in first gear at a high rpm for several seconds? This is the 2 pedal transmission.

    Thank you!

It's not letting me configure or change anything with my software when I click to change the starting gear and shift point.

It's been a while since I've changed it. You're a tech so call Eaton (maybe get an answer after a half hour on hold)?

What version of serviceranger is that?

I would, but we only have access to Detroit and the DT12 transmission. Maybe someone else can chime in or maybe my software just reads fault codes and voltage, etc, etc.

A mouse? I was using the one on the lap top. I'll plug in a mouse tomorrow and see if it works.
