2001 KW t2000. Had a "mechanic" look at a wiper motor problem and now I have many issues and still no wipers.

He pulled some fuses and replaced some. Forgot to put some back.

Now I have a massive air leak in my brake relief valve. The abs controller valve is only getting 4.5v and it's not supplying enough air to the brake relief valve to keep the diaphram pushed down. Is 4.5v normal or should it have 12v?

Also driving the truck, every time I hit a bump the gauges go nuts. For a second it beeps at me and the check fluids, check engine and stop engine comes on. It also stumbles horribly like the ignition was switched off and then back on. After that it comes back to life.

Im fairly sure it's a short for the ignition problem, but where? ECM?

Check your Ecm ground wire. Should be located near your battery box. And check the main power leads.

If this has the fuse panel down by the clutch pedal, check for any signs of corrosion in behind. Rain water likes to leak down here and cause havoc!

The air leak was coming from the relief valve and that was caused by a faulty brake can.
