Question for whoever might know or know where to find out. Is there a regulation prohibiting the use of an e cigarette during transport of fuel/flammable cargo? Something I have been pondering on.

Wasn't asking for a smart comment. Don't have the answer-don't comment.

Awwww come on. I thought it was funny !

Good question - wouldn't think it would be a problem - no naked ignition source . . .

I didn't know it was illegal to smoke a real cigarette while driving a hazmat load.
I guess I got lucky and the fumes never drifted forward against the wind to get in the cab.
