CRE needs that exemption for the one trainer, two trainee trucks to be legal... that is correct, 3 people in one truck. They got caught with the two trainees in the front seats and the trainer in the sleeper.

I wonder how long before CR England gets sued out of business? -
-
CRE is more than a member of the ATA, The CEO of england is the president of the ATA
-
He's the president of the ATA? That should answer all of your questions about safety and low pay. The ATA is run by a bunch of Gangsters. It has been as long as I've been driving a truck. A few years after I quit driving for ROBERT HANSEN TRUCKING out of Delavan WI, The owner Robert Hansen was elected president of the ATA. He couldn't care less about safety or his driver's. He was very successful at his business. Owned a private jet and all the other toys money could buy. He finally sold his company to TRANSPORT AMERICA. You see the ATA is like a country club. Big money gets you in the door. They take care of each other. Plenty of money to grease the hands of the the Politicians and Lobbyists in Washington. Welcome to the "New World Order" People with out money or who aren't connected are at the bottom of the heap.
