EOBRs (Qualcomms) required in ALL Trucks by Jan 1st 2014?

    What are the Qualcomms like at May Trucking Company and do they have Macros? An onboard GPS for the route?

    Granted, I haven't read all the over 600 pages of the new mandate. I have a copy of it on my laptop. Could you point out the page on which it shows that the new ELD's will be required to do biometric scan please?

    You quoted a 3 year old post, at that time they was in the original writing for a biometric identification,it was removed int wrangling over this, because of cost factors. Just like the provision for older trucks was added.
