Gotcha. I don't haul heavy (the most I ever run is around 65k) so it's not really an issue. Just wanted an opinion.

With your operation I would expect routing cleaning of the doser injector yearly, or when issues like this pop up. 80% of issues start with dirty or plugged doser injectors.

Finally found my problem. The rear exhaust manifold is leaking, causing the EGR valve to stick, causing the engine to put more soot into the DPF than normal causing more regens which is combined with the DPF struggling to perform a regen because it's not getting hot enough from bit enough exhaust getting to it. Basically I've got the old style exhaust manifolds, meaning I need to get all 3 replaced with the new style along with a new EGR valve and associated exhaust tubing and gaskets leading back to the turbo. So long $8,000.

No, they did. They don't replace the exhaust manifolds though. Plus, I've had the truck for a year and a half. Just filling it under "#### happens."

What engine? Do you have a check engine light on? We hardly never use the cluster to display codes, so I can't remember exactly, but I think those are only body controller and the engine codes are flashed through the engine warning lights if the engine is pre-Maxxforce.
