    His inability to do his job got him, and an innocent motorist killed.

    His company, with their 'ATA presidents award for safety' - seems to be involved in many fatal wrecks as of late.

    My sympathy is for the family - of the innocent - who will forever look at me, and you (if in a big truck), and FedEx , as one and the same.

    Stopped or slowed traffic + 1 or more drivers doing something other then attentive driving = death and maimed bodies ... every time

    Just sayin', quick to jump to conclusions. Could have been 65, 2mil safe miles, retiring Friday, and have a stroke.

    You just don't know.

    I'll give you that, but come on. We see this a dozen times each month here (truckers and cars crashing into stopped traffic), and no telling how many of these same crashes aren't posted here ... the odds say the "heart-attack victim" scenario isn't going to cover very many of these types of crashes.
