hey all. on May 9th i got a left lane violation ticket with a speed warning attached, tried to explain i was trying to get back to the right and nobody let me in but he was 1 of *those* cops. on may 15th, my 8 month anniversary, my terminal manager called me into his office and said i was being let go for unsatisfactory safety performance. apparently ive got till june 18th to deal with it. any recommendations?

Realize you screwed up and stop blaming someone else. You should have never have been in the lane if trucks were not permitted. Not for any reason. Also sound like you were passing someone doing the speed limit, else why get the warning, well SLOW DOWN!!!!!!! This is not a race you know.
Once you grow up, then just move on and apply to other companies. Someone will hire you.

How did you get into the left lane to begin with?

Who do u work for? Where was the ticket?

Get a lawyer and fight the ticket!

'No trucks in left lane' means exactly that.
You don't move over even if you need to slow down for a slower vehicle.
Been there, done that. And it didn't cost me more than a few minutes of time - ever.
I doubt even a lawyer could help you in this one because you were clearly in violation.
All you had to do was slow down for a few minutes.truckon Thanks this. -
