Flattbedder knocked down a bridge in okc today

So the driver goes under the bridge to the job site successfully, because the lift was properly lowered. HE FAILED TO LOWER THE LIFT BEFORE LEAVING THE JOB SITE. A witness saw him leave with it up in the air.
