I used to be a company driver for native oilfield service out of hondo. They paid 23 percent and 15 per hour after 2 hours at the well site. South texas is booming right now. Up and down highway 83 between uvalde and catarina is growing like crazy with companies. Also around karnes city and kennedy.

You guys that haul or have hauled in the past, how many hours do you average a week detention pay? I've heard anywhere from 30-60/wk is about typical but seems to vary a bit on the outfit.

Hello all! I just wanted to let u know that deaf tech is one of the worst companies in this industry. That owe employees as well as suppliers. There are dozens of other companies out there that are hauling sand, and they are not as big a rip off as what has been mentioned.
