Looking for the best route to get there.
    53' ft reefer, 13'6, empty.
I know there is no problem in NM, but what about CO portion of the road? I know it is very hard one. Is there any restriction for trucks? Should I take another route to get to Olathe, CO?

550 between Durango and Montrose is UGLY. (that's a capital UGLY)
I'd probably go 285 to 50. 285 is easy, 50 only has Monarch pass.

Yes, between Silverton and Ouray on 550 there's about a dozen switchbacks where you can pull the seal off the back of you trailer as you're rounding them if you want to. Trucks run it (grocery and supply trucks mainly), but I don't recommend it with anything longer then 48' or heavy unless you just have to. Plus it's real busy with tourists.
