From Company driver to L/P

We just got cb installed and it cost almost as much as cb. But truck is safe from cb. It is a powered cb so if it was not wired right it could have burned up truck.

Hubby is down with headcold too. At least we're home till Monday.

Wickedfire77 hubby is loving the miles. We will not know about money till he starts lease. Right now first check is company and it is what would have been a dock check not a drivers check at OD. The only reason we are doing this is to go lease otherwise it would not be worth the company change. This company driver pay is just too low for us. We have mortgage payment plus two new car payments to make. Plus not getting full detention pay is not right at all. We will be checking into that one for sure. We also need to check on receiving email for pay we didn't get it.

But all in all hubby is so far happy and enjoying the new route and loving the truck.

 

Back in the truck on our way to pick up Christmas trees. We are both still got some of our head colds. But we are much better.

This is a short pickup and then 3 stops to deliver.

 

Well now we are dropping our load with another driver who is out of time. We are taking his load up to PA and giving it over to another driver to be delivered by midnight. What a mess and all because the people net is not explained well enough to new folks about how to recap.

 

It's not warehouse. This is a forced dispatch. Someone really messed up as it is a day late. We turned it down once but afternoon dispatcher wouldn't let him.

 

Well that load made it. Now back to the trees we go.

 

When we get up to Michigan we will have outside exhaust stack looked at, for I saw your it leaking. We smell it at idel now too.

Pay has been noted so hubby happy. He is glad to be on warehouse and not fleet.
