Really all that has to be done to the General Lee ( any radio really ) is to convert to 11meter, set high and low carrier and adjust modulation level to service manual alignment guidelines and radio is good to go.

Neverready and 112racing Thank this. -
I ended up buying the radio last night. It was hacked up and I knew before I tested it. When I asked about the modulation limiter, he proudly said he removed it. The reason I decided to buy this radio anyway is because he was very accommodating with my schedule and I have been in contact with him for a while. Not sure if I'll buy any other radios from him. This afternoon, I shipped it out to Kelly in North Las Vegas to restore it and tune it up so it can work the way it is supposed to.

Kelly has a spectrum analyzer and an oscilloscope. That radio needs some love. He might even post a video making fun of the previous work done to it on his Facebook page....he does that sometimes!
