The oilfield is good in PA, you should just lease on to someone, you could be home almost every night most likely.

For the moment I only have a hitch ball with a 9,000lbs weight limit. I'm in the market for a 30' flatbed goose neck trailer. I know I need this trailer but I need to feel out the market before I can invest in anymore equipment. I need to have a better idea of the business and how well I can do on my own before investing and making my overhead any higher. Try to make money with what I have. At this point I'm in a relatively good position. I own my current truck and trailer, my authorities and insurance is paid for the year, so my overhead is some what low. I've been plotting this out for some time, its just certain events at my present job has lead my to pull the trigger on starting out on my own now rather then later.

They will take you with only a truck in the oilfield.

Its been mentioned on other pages to look into moving cars for local dealer lots that say need to go to another dealer. A dealership near hear has a 3/4 ton and a double axle car trailer and i see it out a couple times a month. Not often but might be good fill in work to check into. If you can haul cars on your trailer that is
