For the moment I only have a hitch ball with a 9,000lbs weight limit. I'm in the market for a 30' flatbed goose neck trailer. I know I need this trailer but I need to feel out the market before I can invest in anymore equipment. I need to have a better idea of the business and how well I can do on my own before investing and making my overhead any higher. Try to make money with what I have. At this point I'm in a relatively good position. I own my current truck and trailer, my authorities and insurance is paid for the year, so my overhead is some what low. I've been plotting this out for some time, its just certain events at my present job has lead my to pull the trigger on starting out on my own now rather then later.
