    After well over a decade, I am returning to OTR. I will be starting Swift Orientation next month. I've heard all the bad stuff about Swift. and even saw there trailers in the ditch, etc., when I was driving. Here is my question to any drivers who started there in the last 2 or 3 years: Are there any of you who have done "O.K." as far as miles, loads, Driver Managers etc,.?

    A good thing about Swift? They employ those who cannot get employment elsewhere, which turns a person from someone who sucks up tax money into a tax payer. So I guess that is a plus.

    One good thing at SWIFT is that it is easy to be the cream of the crop especially that you have done OTR before.......uhmmm.....uhmmmm........ no I've got nothing else.

    Truth is I have heard of drivers quite happy there.
