esterday my truck shutdown while i was driving, in middle of the night and didn't wanted to start back....this morning I found this under my hood and alot of oil on the ground. Can you tell me please what i can do in this situation? I got my truck from arrow trucks like 8-9 months ago and i still have kind of warranty, if someone had the same problem please share with me. Thanks

Looks like you have a Cummins, if it is an ISX most likely has an oil pu unit on it. Fill the crankcase back up with oil, watch where your oil is coming from. If you have a pinhole leak you can take a screw with silicone on it and seal the pan. Make sure to clean the pan before inserting the screw, then keep an eye on the consumption of oil. If that is not your problem, putting oil in the crancase will still allow you to maybe get it to a shop.

Looks like the side of the block, if that's the case I would say you broke a connecting rod. Time for a new engine.

    Neghinam1 Thanks this.

I cant make heads or tales of that pic. Nor can I see a hole. You guys have eagle eyes and exceptional identification skills.

I bow to the experts. :D
