Had my first traffic incident this morning.

Got side swiped by another truck at 0300 on the 210 in L.A. was just driving along on the almost empty highway in the right lane and next thing I know I have a truck darn near in the cab with me. He folded my drivers mirror forward and his passenger mirror was hanging off. He then just sped up and didn't stop. Well I tried to keep up but then thought that a high speed pursuit in a big truck was stupid so I backed off.

Well about 20 miles down the road I see the lights of a big truck on the shoulder and I knew at some point this guy was going to have to stop and fix his mirror so I slowed down and sure enough it was him! I got his plate number and trailer number, some company called Golden Express out of Washington. Once I pulled in behind him he took off again but I had the info I wanted. Freakin ridiculous behavior and dangerous considering you can't see your passenger side without a mirror and he drove for a long way basically blind on one side.

 

I have two so I'm fine on that.
