I wonder why would you want to?
I've got one for almost nothing and used it a few times, don't like it at all. -
A friend had one and it did a fantastic job. I've got the radio, just need it converted.
-
OK, cbtricks is the place to go.
-
Ok, so where are they located?

Uniden President 2510 Conversion if you want to tackle it yourself.
There is also the "Chipswitch" conversion for the 2510; see http://www.popular-hifi.com/shack/cb_hr2510/chip.html
Unfortunately it looks like the domain chipswitch.com was not renewed and is set to expire so I am not certain about the availability of these any longer.

This proceedure is part of the regular "peak & tune" at any cb shop. Dont bother with it unless you plan to peak & tune it your self as well.
Now, run, don't walk, to the thread on where to find a good cb shop.
Or walk into most any truck stop or the shack outside. It's not brain surgery so you don't need a 5 star shop for this one. Any schmuck with a screwdriver and a meter can hook you up. -
Many thanks partner!!!

Google mark Sherman at fine tune CB shop. That's one of his favorite radios of all time. no chipswitch necessary
-
