Do you have to stop at all weight stations with a pre pass? Or only select states that you must stop at all weight stations? Thanks

Changeable Message Signs
Colorado:
(DumontWB/EB,Ft.Collins SB,Lamar SB,LimonWB,Monument NB,Trinidad NB)
These ports have exits off the interstate before you reach the port. If
you take this exit, you must report to the port when you reenter the
interstate, even if you received a green light on your transponder.
Maryland:
Trucks receiving a red light must report to the static scale and
disregard ramp sorter signals.
Ohio andWestVirginia:
An Alliance for Uniform Hazmat Transportation license is required if
hauling hazardous materials/waste. Follow in-cab signal.
Disregard state signs to pull into weigh station.
SpecialNotes
This document lists restricted cargo types for each
PrePass state. When approaching a PrePass facility,
you must pull in if your cargo satisfies any of the
restricted criteria listed for that state, even if you
receive a green light on your transponder.
Please keep this pamphlet in your vehicle as a quick
reference. Failure to voluntarily pull in when hauling
restricted cargo may result in prosecution, fines,
and/or suspension of bypass privileges.
If you do not receive a bypass signal, you must pull
into the station.
Introduction
Montana:
Vehicles with a GVW of up to 132,000 lbs that have paid for their
MT double GVW permit and 95 doubles permit and do not exceed
site weight limits, such as bridge formula and axle requirements, are
allowed to bypass. -
Last I heard the only time you MUST stop is if you are operating on an oversize permit. These have to be shown to the scale master.
-
Arkansas requires you to pull in if you're running placards.
-
Those are the only two states
Google hazmat bypass restrictions and a PDF comes up that explains it well
I can't find a way to link it -
Type in
