    I just sent my resume to Old Dominion for a P&D position , I have no experience at all just a recent cdl graduate but the person I emailed told me to send a resume and they'll deff take me in consideration, does anyone here work at ODFL? Can you tell me what it's like to work for OD? If I get hired will theyput me in a training program since I have no exp?

    OD will hire new cdl grads on occasion, depending on need. The chances are greater if you're near a large service center as opposed to a smaller satellite terminal, but always apply. They would put you with a trainer to show you the ropes.

    OD is a good place to work. If they don't have a position for you right now, check for open spots periodically.
