I was a lease operator with this company for many years. When there terminal was in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Was a great company with great freight lanes, good miles, great customers. All reefer company. Treated o/o and drivers good. Customer base was mostly meat loads from such customers as I.B.P, National Beef, Tyson, and such. I enjoyed every day at this company. Dispatchers were awesome also. They would give the driver 2-4 loads to chose from. Hometime was also great.

I said the exact same thing about leasing, when I first got my cdl. Shame on me! I leased a truck Oct '14, and this year I've made over $140,000 and put over $60,000 of that in the bank. Get you a good accountant that knows the it's rules on deductions, because everything is tax deductible as far as truck payments and operating cost, put some money away for the rainy days, and you won't regret it!
