Horn probs - Volvo FM12

    Hi guys,
    I have a 2004 FM12 and also having problems with my horns.
    I have replaced the contact ring under the steering wheel.
    I am not getting any power down at the horns, Fuse 18 is ok and has power.
    Where do I find the plug out of the cab that I can check power?
    Does anyone have the wiring diagram, all I have is the attached.

    Also FYI I have ran power direct from battery and the electric horn works fine.

    I take it you've already tested the horn switch for continuity when it's depressed, checked for power to the relay, tested the relay circuit, and checked the relay itself?
    I have a friend who works for the local Volvo dealership here, but the F- series haven't been sold in this country since sometime in the 90s, IIRC... all the same, maybe it's possible that he could still get that diagram. I'll talk to him in the morning and see.
