Just back your book up an hour and 54 minutes and you're alright.

Hmm, when things like this happens to you guys, in the future I think we should all just pull the parking brake right in the construction zone, put on the four ways, and crawl into the bunk.
Meanwhile, can't you use that two hour exemption for unforeseen road conditions?BeN DaViS, ch3gui, Laughlin415 and 1 other person Thank this. -
It doesn't matter. How you do your paper log or paper work. If you did get pulled over. All they have to do is turn your Apt on. It will show them that you went over. You can't hide it.

You will probably not have a CMV cop discover this and fine you, but how your carrier decides to deal with this is entirely up to them. Expect a nasty warning on your Qualcomm in the morning when safety finishes their donuts and gets to their desk and runs the report as they do every morning.

throw that log book page out and start a new one. instead of starting at 7 am, you started at 9 .

That wind down is hell on log books. They really should make those pages stronger.
