How do you deal with noisy people at motels ?

I travel for work. If management won't deal with them, tell them you want to be moved to a different room.

 

One night it sounded like a herd of elephants were having a bowling party upstairs. Called the front desk and then went and got a refund and slept in the truck.

 

Awkward sometimes when u get the loud couple getting after it next door. First 15 min u smirk about it, at the 30min mark u think "Dang"! At the hour mark u get annoyed, at 2yr mark u call Guinness and report the record taking place.

 

All the time. I generally request the top floor to eliminate the elephant stompers that can't seem to walk without slamming all of their weight upon their heels with each step.
Then there are the courteous individuals that don't know how to ease a door closed at 6am or midnite

Slingshot and some loud fireworks and send them to the office front door

 

I can fall asleep when I stay at the 4 Queens with Fremont Street outside. But somebody causing ruckus next door does suck. Especially when you splurge for a room to get out of the truck for a night. LOL, you have some of my luck.

 

Yeah I hate noisy people like. It's like the hillbillies never stayed at a motel before. Rude sob's.
