The bigger question is why do they need to offer a sign on bonus? If they offered good pay, decent miles, and treated the drivers well they wouldn't need a sign on bonus to attract new drivers.................
Straight Stacks and Shaggy Thank this. -
Its not for teams because I just got all 5k. 1,000 per every 10k miles that you turn till 50k. Pretty nice checks when you get it.

Based on what I read here http://driveusatruck.com/randallreillymobile/experienced/ this might be a bonus for experienced drivers only. I would make 100% sure about this if you are inexperienced and/or just looking for company paid training.

will say this...I know a guy, that was a trainer, at USA.....he's a great guy......do NOT think I am talking bad about him, but he DID make a bad decision for himself. He's been with the 'company' for right at 10 years.....just NOW became O/O for them.......he is a 'favorite'.....said he got the $5K for signing on O/O...used it as his down payment on his brand new truck...I'm sure he won't have too much trouble there...like I said...he's a 'favorite'! But, in all honesty, he really is a good guy and driver......so hope this explains that!

Sign on bonus is paid over time. cpm pay is almost fair. Better than some, less than alot. Bonus is for experienced drivers usually.

My bonus was paid in increments, every 10k miles your bonus is paid, its a good system, then you have to stick around to get the bonus
